After the merchandise you ordered has been Quality Controlled and is ready to be shipped out, you need to make sure you will get the exact products that have been inspected and confirmed ready to go. Sometimes it can get to where the factory shows your QC one thing, and afterwards they send another thing to you.
To avoid this you need to make sure someone is there at the factory monitoring your container / cargo loading.

We usually mark all of the cartons / packages that we have inspected, to identify they have been checked. By letting our team monitor your container loading and whole transportation process you are sure that your products are not replaced, or that you will not receive your cargo with missing merchandise or incomplete quantities.

We recount all of the cartons or packages that are going into the container or cargo pallets / packages and we monitor your merchandise till it passes local customs inspection in China till it gets on the vessel or aircraft that will ship it to your country.

For containers, we assist at the container loading process and we seal the container ourselves to confirm it gets to customs in your country with the same merchandise and exact amount as it left from China.

Customers receive full reports with pictures, where the whole loading process is shown, and where container numbers and seal numbers are shown to confirm no replacements or incomplete quantities.

We do not just put our hands our hips and watch the whole container loading. We also make sure that all cartons and packages are properly packed and loaded, so that the merchandise gets to you all in one piece.
