What do you think about Tsingdao, the world famous Chinese beer
 |
No matter if you went to China or not, you probably already had a Chinese beer before, and I bet it was Tsingdao. Tsingtao Beer (simplified Chinese: 青岛啤酒; traditional Chinese: 青島啤酒 pinyin: Qīngdǎo píjiǔ) is the most appreciated and famous Chinese beer.
It is brewed in Tsingdao (Qingdao) in China’s Eastern Shangdong Province. It was founded in 1903 by a German - English joint venture beer company based in Hong Kong. It underwent a couple of privatization and nationalization processes.
It’s well known in China for having "German Technology" and it’s unique taste.
It is already exported to several countries, and it’s considered China’s beer symbol.
Although other brands of beer are being imported in China right now, and there are several other local beer brands and big beer monopolies that have breweries in China like Budweiser or Carlsberg, it is still the best selling beer over here.
If you’ve been to China and didn’t drink a Tsingdao, you haven’t been to China!
